Returns
Brownsonline.co.uk offers a 14 day returns policy from the date the item/s was received by yourself to the date the item is physically received back in our store. Any return after this date will not be accepted. An exception to this policy is that of any earrings purchased as owing to hygiene such items cannot be returned.
The item/s can only be returned f it undamaged and in original condition. Any item that has been deemed as damaged will not be accepted for a return. The only exception to this is if the article has a manufacturing fault, then the item will be accepted for a return. On occasion brownsonline.co.uk are entitled to send the article back to the manufacturer if it is unclear whether the fault is a manufacturing one or not. If this is the case the manufacturer will have to deem whether the item is faulty, this process can take up to 28 days before a refund is authorised.
If you have ordered the wrong size chain or ring and would like to exchange it for a different size then please email btj@xln.co.uk to make sure that item is still in stock and to enable our team to put a hold on the item you require. (please be aware that the cost of postage is not covered bybrownsonline.co.uk).If you would like to return item/s to us then please email btj@xln.co.uk with your order number, name and address and what the item is you are wanting to return. We will then send you a authorisation number which will enable you to return the item to us, please enclose the original paperwork and write the authorisation number on this paperwork to enable us to speed the returns process up.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that when returning the item it is your responsibility until that item is received by ourselves and that is why we recommend you use a special delivery postal service that includes insurance and tracking of the item.
